PLC Systems
PLC module repair: power, communication and mainboard faults, component-level service. Brand-independent and guaranteed.

PLC systems are at the heart of industrial automation. We provide brand-independent fault diagnosis, module repair, testing and commissioning support. This protects the continuity of your production and keeps your costs under control.
What are PLC systems and why are they critical?
A PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) manages machine and process control on the production line and, when it fails, can affect the whole line. Correct diagnosis, correct intervention and reliable testing minimise downtime and lower operating costs.
What we do in PLC repair
On PLC CPUs, I/O modules, power supplies, communication modules and related automation hardware we identify the fault and return the system to service through the right component-level work. Cleaning, maintenance, testing and function checks are standard steps of the process.
- Fault diagnosis and module-level assessment
- Component repair or replacement and trace repair
- Communication, I/O and power line checks
- Function tests and a reliable handover process
Second-hand PLC sales and sourcing
If your line needs a fast solution we evaluate new or second-hand PLC products and offer options that suit your requirement. The right product guidance saves time and uses your budget more efficiently.
Which PLC brands do we work with?
We work independently of brand. The names we meet most often in service and stock are Siemens, B&R, Beckhoff, Mitsubishi, Omron, Fatek, Schneider / Telemecanique, Moeller, ABB, Allen Bradley, Cotrust, Delta, Fuji, GE Fanuc, GMT, Hitachi, Inovance, Lauer, LS / LG, Panasonic, Rexroth, Shihlin, VIPA / Yaskawa, Wago, Wecon and Phoenix Contact.
The most common fault groups in PLC modules
- Power supply fault: the module does not energise, no LED
- Communication fault: Profibus, Profinet or MPI line drops, the CPU does not see the module
- Mainboard fault: CPU gives an error, the program will not load or it keeps dropping to STOP
- Input / output fault: no signal is read from the field or the output is not driven
- Memory or battery problem: program or data is lost on power failure
For modules that are not economical to repair, or that are obsolete, we can supply a new or second-hand equivalent from our Industrial Market stock.
How does the process work?
Initial assessment
We make a first analysis based on brand, model and fault symptoms; if needed we ask for photographs and label details.
Repair and test
After diagnosis the module is repaired at module level and verified with power, communication and function tests.
Delivery and continued support
The unit is delivered in working condition. Depending on your needs we also offer spare or second-hand options and product guidance.
Frequently asked questions
Why can a PLC fault stop production completely?
The PLC is the main control unit that manages sensors, actuators, drives and machine control. In a fault condition the system may protect itself for safety reasons and the line can stop.
Are second-hand PLC products reliable?
Second-hand PLCs that pass proper test, cleaning and maintenance processes can be a fast and economical solution when chosen to fit the requirement. We separate usable products, check them and guide you accordingly.
Does the brand matter?
No. We run service processes with module-level assessment and fault diagnosis for Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Schneider, Allen Bradley and many other brands.
How long does a PLC repair take?
It depends on the device and the nature of the fault. We complete the diagnosis as quickly as possible and send our quotation; after your approval the repair enters the work queue. Once the diagnosis is complete we give you a realistic delivery window.
Is diagnosis charged, and do you guarantee the repair?
We send our quotation after the diagnosis; no work starts without your approval. We charge nothing for a unit that cannot be repaired. Repaired units carry our three-month company guarantee against the same fault.
Can obsolete PLC modules be found?
Discontinued modules are one of the main areas we serve. We search our second-hand inventory and supply channels for the same model or a suitable equivalent. Sharing the brand, model and order code speeds the process up.
Has your PLC module failed? Call us or send a photo on WhatsApp and we will get back to you the same day. We accept shipments from anywhere in Türkiye.
