Servo Motors
Servo motor repair: encoder, winding and bearing faults, verification under load. Brand-independent and guaranteed.

A servo motor fault usually shows itself as position loss, overheating or an error code raised by the drive. We repair encoder, winding and bearing faults and verify the motor under load on a test bench before delivery.
What we repair
- Encoder faults: reading error, supply problem, mechanical damage
- Winding faults and insulation breakdown
- Bearing wear, noise and vibration
- Brake unit faults
- Shaft, key and coupling damage
- Overheating and thermal protection stops
How we work
The motor is dismantled, winding resistance and insulation are measured and the encoder is tested separately. The required parts are replaced and the motor is reassembled. In the final step it is run under load on the test bench so that positioning accuracy and thermal behaviour are verified.
Scope of service
- AC and DC servo motors
- Encoder repair and replacement
- Bearing and winding refurbishment
- Brake unit repair
- Brand-independent service and sourcing of obsolete motors
Frequently asked questions
How long does a servo motor repair take?
Diagnosis is usually completed the same day; the repair time depends on parts availability and is confirmed after diagnosis.
Can an encoder fault be repaired?
Yes. For reading errors, supply faults and mechanical damage we repair the encoder or source an equivalent.
Is the motor tested after repair?
Every motor is verified by running under load on our test bench.
Call us or send a photo of the motor label on WhatsApp and we will get back to you the same day.
